The food and service were excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food quality is rated 5 out of 5, service is rated 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is rated 4 out of 5.

I asked for a blizzard with strawberries and brownie pieces, but the employee suggested a specialty version with strawberry and chocolate chips instead. I insisted on the strawberries and brownies, but the employee seemed confused. When I got to the window, he had rung in the specialty blizzard but added brownie pieces to it. I questioned why I was charged more for a mix-up that wasn't my fault, but the employee claimed he couldn't ring it in differently, even though I have ordered the same way for years. The employee was aggressive for no reason and I won't be returning to this store due to consistent issues and negative reviews. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and could benefit from anger management training. Our order was incorrect and somehow we were blamed for the mistake. It seems that we have never received a correct order from this location. The staff are poorly trained and unprofessional. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1 out of 5.

This DQ use to be good, the service was amazing and the food was just as good. However recently, their service has been horrible. There’s always 4+ workers there when I’m there, but it takes the 10 minutes to take your order and then if there’s people in front of you, you have to wait 10 minutes for each person, causing a line stack up of 8+ cars going all the way up and through the parking lot.
