The lady at the reception was really nice. but this place is not the cleanest. they only have one elevator and the rooms need a deep cleaning. I came into my room, there was no refrigerator and only 1 wash. I told the lady about the recipe. but she had to be the one who comes up to get someone out of another room I guess and put in my room. I suppose she's the only person who works in the hotel. which is absolutely not sure. I'm not gonna stay here again. I'm also looking for the room where I didn't find a bedbug. I don't. but I pray they are not here. I don't have time for that, and I have my children with me. next time I stay in a hotel, will I not be so cheap about it?

Only something that is halfway decent in this place is the bed was quite comfortable. The walls were illuminated with a bit brownish, bathroom toilet was uncomfortable to sit, the elevator was broken, carpets dirty, room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bed linen do not fit the beds. The worse part was the elevators, they don't work! Had to call down to the desk every time we wanted to get down. And smoking? Hotel there seemed a lot of smell of smoke in the halls. It is good that this hotel on the 1st. May is sold and closed because it should be literally condemned.

Two stars are kind of high. elevator was broken, müll beside broken ice machine, automat did not work, no breakfast items, did not get a bath though I ordered one. curtains do not block light in spaces. in the round it is a place to sleep and shower. parking is torn. they should replace the road.

After seeing the other reviews, we were skeptical about booking here, but we did.... and we regret it! Do not repeat the same error! The hotel needs a renovation ASAP. The one-time holiday inn is now magnuson grand. The room felt like it hadn't been renovated for years. There were hair in the pillows and sheets, no microwave as on the site and no clean room. One of the elevators did not work when we went up and then the other did not work and we had to go through the stairs. Your WiFi was also down and. The rooms they show in pictures are not what you get!!

Price was great. Location is great with easy access to highway and restaurants. One elevator broken and other one too slow. Not fun for person with Afib. Room I was in needs serious upgrade (carpet, curtain, coffee maker). Front desk is ok, some are warm and welcoming, some are counting the hours before they go home.
