Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

They wouldn’t serve us because it was 20 minutes until closing time. Not closed, still open.

I live the Zensation salad BUT...they need to do away with the egg rolls. They are small and have about 1/2 tsp of filling.

Good food, the women need to secure their hair better.

They were not busy inside. Drive through was stacked. We were eating inside anyway so… didn’t expect to be ignored though. Waited literally 15 min for the chick to stop breaking down the tea station at 7:30 pm to come and take our order. Should have just walked out. Was getting ready to when she asked if we were eating in or it was Togo. Never was acknowledged- there was no “be right with you” instead there was slamming of lids and tea cans while one chick kept taking drive thru orders. Food came fast and was hot and decent but forget about trying to get ketchup or any other sauce or a fork. Customer service is non-existent. And if you wanted sweet tea- at 8:15 it is gone for the night. Has to be the worst customer service I have had in a long time. It’s like they just don’t care.

I really like Zaxby's chicken sandwiches. They are very big and tasty. Their waffle fries are something different. That is also very delicious. I think it is a good change up from KFC. The service is fast and efficient. it costs a little more but it's a lot better than the rest.
