I attempted to reach out multiple times to speak with someone about the situation, but there was no answer. No one should have to endure such immature behavior when simply trying to feed their children. I have never encountered an issue here before, but this experience was unacceptable. Before leaving, I asked if I could have some salt. A co-worker told her to get me some, but instead of handing it directly to me, she placed it on a tray intended for another customer. I’m not sure if it was her first day on the job, if she was being rude, or if she simply didn’t understand. When I asked for salt again, the same situation happened—I received my pot pie, but it wasn’t hot, and the online ordering experience was pretty inconvenient. I had to go inside, convince the staff that the pot pie belonged to me, and it took a total of 15 minutes from when I arrived until I finally got my food. I don’t recommend ordering online from KFC or even eating there if you like your food to be hot. The parking situation is limited for pick-ups, and if you have a disability, there’s no convenient parking near the entrance—you’ll have to park at the edge of the lot and navigate through the line of cars waiting at the drive-thru. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.

I worked here two years ago for an extremely short amount of time. however it was my favorite job i ever had. The people there are so energetic and loved their job. i still see similar faces when we drive through. And I will say; one of the best Taco Bell KFCs. I always get underwhelmed when i go to other ones. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
