The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous enough to easily satisfy two people. It’s currently one of my favorite restaurants—an A+ experience all around!
Edit on 9/4/22: This restaurant continues to be fantastic! I've been dining here since high school, and it always impresses me. They’ve recently updated their menu to include kalbi (as shown in the photo), and I’m absolutely in love with it—definitely my new favorite dish! Their scallion pancakes are the best I've ever had. I usually go for the bulgogi and ganpoongi (spicy fried chicken), but the kalbi is a fantastic new addition. I also really enjoy their jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles)! You truly can’t go wrong with this amazing family-owned restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. AMAZING FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE! It's my absolute favorite spot!
I absolutely love their GanJajang and Jabtangbab. They were both incredibly delicious! The ingredients were fresh, plentiful, and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning. The owner was very kind, too—he even provided me with a parking permit, so I didn't have to worry about parking.
The waiter was very friendly, and the food was delicious! Plus, they serve Banchan, which is a nice touch. I also appreciated their clever system that allows you to see what the dishes look like by scanning a barcode on the table. The Soft Tofu Stew was the best I've ever had!
The service and food were decent, but not exceptional. The bibimbap was satisfactory, featuring fresh ingredients and decent flavor, but nothing particularly standout. I ordered the Ulmyeun (seafood with noodles), which had a flavorful broth, but the seafood portion was quite limited—only about six tiny shrimp, six small pieces of squid, and one mussel. Additionally, the green vegetables and egg that were pictured on the menu were nearly nonexistent. They also forgot to bring my drink, but they did offer to take it off the bill and provided me with a can to go.
