Feedback gevenAt $11-12 for a salad, they served wilted old lettuce with two small bowls of unpalatable unbalanced oily salad dressing. The $55 lamb chops were supposed to be medium rare. Three pieces. One over done. Two pieces overcooked outside and raw inside. Unevenly cooked. Took the better part of 45 mins to get the food. The only good part was that they didn?t charge me for it after I complained. Sad. So much potential.
Food and service were absolutely exceptional. We ordered the porterhouse medium done with a parmesan crust to split and it was perfectly prepared. As an appetizer we got the spicy shrimp. Both were absolutely delicious. Would easily order again.
My family brought me to this Ruth 's Chris to celebrate Mother 's Day weekend alongside both my daughter 's and my own birthday. We waited close to three hours for sub-par food with very poor service (save for one busser who really should have been a server) After our disappointing dinner, we were contacted by the restaurant 's General Manager, Charlene, who invited us to another dinner in order to make things right. Not only was the second meal worse than the first, we were also asked to pay FULL PRICE! Poor service, sneaky management, the food is lousy and takes forever to come out, and the steak is all fat. 0/10, treat this place like rat poison.
So interesting. The service and drinks were very good. Ambience, very typical for an upscale steakhouse. The bone-in filet on the hot plate was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned. The star of the meal sure. The sides. We got potatoes au gratin and garlic mashed. I?ve had instant mashed potatoes many times in my life. I?ve never paid $13 for them. Just? why serve obviously low-quality sides and appetizers along such tasty steak? I guess Ruth?s Chris already has a reputation that precedes it but still, some quality sides would really take it to the next level. Definitely a nice dinner regardless!
Three of us walked in for quick happy hour snack and drink. Everything about it was unfriendly. After a bit we just decided to head back to the hotel and eat there. Bartender seemed to not want to be bothered. Three star only because I have no idea what the food quality is there.
