The option to customize your drink is available in the app. Upon ordering a mobile order, the employee chose to cancel my entire order !!!! Which my card was already charged for!!! So rather than contacting the customer giving the option to change the drink. They canceled a $50 order! Even though both the app and any delivery service still has the option For add-ins to your drink, please be advised ordering from this location is a mistake. The location clearly has some communication issues with how the restaurant should be ran contacted Corporate in regards to this and the ordering service which I will not name that I used to pick up my order, lack of professionalism is abundant at this location. (Update) 4/19/24 Gave the location another shot and they still got the order wrong and food was poorly prepared. Truly disappointed.
April 10, 2024This location had issues with items on menu not being available. I was there doordashing. I had to wait in line 10 plus minutes (only two cars ahead of me) for my turn at the drive-up window; just to hear that the items (two fountain drinks) that the customer order were unavailable and the customer could not have substitutes. That's what I was told by the woman of color with the curly ponytail. I tried calling my customer but could not reach her, neither by phone or text. I had to call DOORDASH SUPPORT for further instructions in this matter and to have the order refund to the customer and canceled my dash at this location. I lost money and time for the DASH.

December 12,2023 9:00 pm.Ordered $5.00 item and the young girl asked for $5.98 .She advised was 98 cent tax on the $5.00 item.Asked for manager, a black hair western guy advised 8% sales tax.5 × 8 cents is 40 cents, doop !!He said the computer said 98 cents and insisted theirs 98 cents sales tax on $5.00.Naturally I told the way less then intelligent idiot manager to enjoy then I was not going to be part of his money scam..I had to deal with a hacker this October and 4 dummys with aarp hartford insurance before I finally spoke to intelligent lady that fixed problem in 5 minutes..But this one at sonic was unbelievable and unexceptable. Either he lied about education and management skills or sonic has really hit rock bottom. Their food is bad , but quick with no lines..
Always quick, food's always warm, and staff are friendly.
