Hanoi Cooking Centre - son tay

Had an amazing time with the hanoi cooking center! we have learned to eat from the coast much about the local culture through food. it was not a street food, but a lot of heart and souls of local and their daily lives. understood the source of fresh production and small local techniques of choosing a good bottle fish sauce. high recommended, even for those who do not know how to cook. great service and experienced trainer!

Better than expected experience. Thorough, fun, and great food. Huong is an excellent chef, instructor and just a good guy. Try to get in his class.

Being vegetarian in Vietnam isn’t the easiest, so it was great to experience the vegetarian cooking class and learn how to use the local flavours in meat free dishes. Y our chef and teacher was very informative and clear in his teaching and of course our creations were very tasty. I’ll definitely be cooking these dishes at home. The centre is a nice place to visit even without a cooking class, with tables in a courtyard for a drink or food.

We took a walking tour of Hanoi street food--it covered a local market and a series of hole-in-the-wall restaurants and street food vendors. We were accompanied by a patient, knowledgeable, and cheerful guide who arranged and explained everything. A wonderful experience.
