Mama Ines - Sona Panama

We came from Canada and went with my husband and our family. We enjoyed every moment. This is such a peaceful place where there is a beach and the river is there. The beach is so secure. The owners of Mama Ines are serving you and they are so kind. The seafood is fabulous and they have trips to Coiba Island, Surfing Diving classes are available. Reasonable prices. We will come back.

This was one of the longest meals I’ve had in a long time so buckle up. Got to the point where we just grabbed drinks from the bar ourselves which helped. Food was pretty good outside of fish tacos being a bit on the sour side. Would go back, most of the negative review is around speed.

Only had lunch here (did not stay in the hotel). Except for the view, the overall experience was mediocre at best. OK chicken burger, OK rice with octopus and OK fried fish. A plus for the fries, very good (crispy on the outside, soft on the inside... a bit too much salt). Service was slow and fairly cool. The fact that we couldn't use WIFI as a paying customer is just crazy (only hotel guests could use it)... like really??
