Caffe Della Posta - SONDRIO

A café right by the main town square with a local touch and seating outside but inside protective glass walls. Sit down for coffee or a snack on the sunny side of the square.

This caffe is in the heart of Sondrio and a perfect place to stop for lunch, a caffe or hot chocolate, which is absolutely wonderful. Try it for yourself.

Good drinks and snacks. Perfect to sit on a sunny day and enjoy drinking an aperol spritz and eat some snacks.

Just outside the Grand Hotel in Piazza Garibaldi. Friendly and inviting host good selection of croissants and coffee or cappuccino.

Order an aperitivo here and your drink comes with a variety of yummy 'nibbles '. Coffee is excellent order an espresso normale and you 'll get a delicious shot of espresso (short black). The city of Sondrio hosts Festa dell 'Estate (Summer Festival) EVERY Thursday night during July and August. Caffe Della Posta serves great three course meals for around €18 per person. We had primi piatti (first course) of an octopus salad followed by a huge paella with plenty of seafood and finished with sorbetto. All excellent. Maurizio and Gloria all excellent hosts.
