Subway - Sonoma

I don't know who made the sandwiches today but they were SHMACCIN

This is literally the worst subway I've ever been to. Nothing is ever made correctly, when you complain or try to get a refund, the owner Kanwar is extremely rude and will refuse to fix it or refund you any money. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible owner.

Where should I start? The sandwich was quite good. However, the cookie was overpriced at $2.50 for a small size and had an artificial taste. I don't think I'll be ordering food from them again.

The staff at the Sonoma store are consistently exceptional.

I ordered the Italian B.M.T. (680 calories) expecting a double portion of meat as described, but it didn't have that. Additionally, there was no ham included. I could have opted for a Spicy Italian for less money, as that’s essentially what I received, only at a higher price. I'm quite disappointed.
