We decided not under pressure to dive the toll road and find a restaurant at noon. this work has served us well and led to meal times from the average to. the spectacular. Note: if you decide to do so, you must respect the lunch hour in France. there are very few good quality restaurants that serve 'all day'. the lunch is in the rule of 12:30 or 12:30 and ends timely; sometimes until 1:30 a.m., but never later than 2:30 a.m. there is only the challenge and the hunger in france. that was the first restaurant that we saw when leaving the a10 for sorigny. it is a group of renovated shy (we think) that has a restaurant, a bar and a certain functional space. we rolled in at 12:25. the meal was good (not good) and at a price that was just reasonable. on both of these points below. the personal was friendly and welcoming and the place made a fair trade for a sit down restaurant on Monday afternoon in the januar. it is a real restaurant, no self-service or almost food joint. we needed our trusted restaurant French skills, although I suspect that google translation or sign language would be enough. for lunch break they make a menu (a starter, a main, a dessert 2 courses for 15 or 3 € for 18 €. We ate from the set menu it was unclear whether the a la carte menu was available and everyone seemed to eat from the menu. when in France. we had a squash crumb as starter and then the osso buco. that eating was tasty, but a little disappointing that the dishes were very hot and that eating was not quite warm enough. we have tried to understand how this could happen. both dishes were well seasoned and we enjoyed them. However, if they use a very limited menu, I would expect it to be presented perfectly the next. we had a juice (davinator drive) and a glass chinon for the navigator (me). plus two coffees. the bill (which was immediately requested) was €45. that is just inside the pain limit of the davinator for a casual lunch. a big plus the toilets were modern and immaculate. who has visited the toilets in the French autobahn services will understand the value creation here. we'd eat here again when we come by. it would be 5 stars, but a tad expensive for what was offered and the easy disappointment with the temperature of the food. I interrupt to comment here that the davinator is a perfectionist in these matters. it is clear that management has read and understood the TripAdvisor Review system. it is worth finding some of the 'bad' reviews when only the management reviews read on them. my ability to read French is good and the annoying reviews made me laugh really loud. please reply to this review.
Great food and great service. our hostess was so sweet and attentive. they speak almost French (as expected, but they tried to talk to us as much as we could both understand each other what we really enjoyed. she wished us. safe and happy traveling to paris: would eat here again!
A very nice terrace for a very good time. Sweet tuna with spices, veal with small vegetables everything was tasty (perfect cooking). Smiling service, reasonable pricesI recommend.
The frame is really beautiful:20/20 we had reserved for 14 and had a room that was entirely dedicated to us: no flowers, no candle or any decor on the big table it was sad. The dishes arrived before the bread and the water that had to be claimed. The aperitif glasses remained all the time of the meal on the table.What about the quality of the dishes: those who took the menu were satisfied but all those who chose the card especially for lobster ravioli with lemony were very disappointed and I weigh my words:. 3 unhappy ravioli, consumed insipid and without lemongrass (type royco), it would have been necessary to demand the spoons ... and for 30 euros it is not acceptable! we made a joy to go diner in the field of thais but will not return and will not recommend it except for the frame that is magical and the cellar that is very affordable.
