Feedback gevenConoscevo già questo piccolo locale caratteristico, che non è la classica "trappola per turisti" e, senza tanti fronzoli, ti permette di mangiare qualcosa di saporito e sostanzioso senza spendere cifre esagerate; perciò ci sono tornato assieme a mia moglie per fare un pranzo veloce senza essere "spennato". Ottimo e abbondante il panuozzo, proposto in diverse varianti e con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Io ho scelto quello con provola, pancetta e olive taggiasche, accompagnato da una buona birra. Molto simpatico il titolare Ciro, detto "il pirata" che intrattiene i clienti. Ci tornerò di sicuro!
Il proprietario è gentile, disponibile e solare. Il panuozzo è uno dei migliori che abbia mai mangiato, ottima scelta di pizze anche. Il servizio è veloce e il rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. L'ambiente è tipico.
Got the hard sell before I even had sat down. An old man (proprietor? raved about his speciality of the day insisting I have it. It was pasta fagioli with baby octopus (neither a traditional dish nor everyone's idea of a good pairing . He seemed so proud that he had only cooked it that morning! It was evening. A massive hulk of a man hovered over me insisting that I have something from the menu, after declining the octopus. In truth I only had entered as desperate for the bathroom and was just going to have a drink as I'd used the toilet. You weaken though on holiday and want to relax, not tussle with goons, so I ordered a pizza, mainly as I hadn't had one yet. Begorro or whatever the Irish is. My 6 year old niece knows more about how to make a Neapolitan pizza than this crowd. The base was too hard to cut with a knife and topping not fully cooked. The dough must have been defrosted then kept in the fridge for a couple of days, then spread out with a rolling pin with no attempt at shaping, just a jagged bit of disaster for the pig pin. Decent pizzas are sold elsewhere cheaper in more authentic Italian environments. The number of good reviews though clearly show why there is so much poor quality peddled in tourist spots. Why make an effort for the 5% when the rest are happy with any nonsense food preparation.
After a fire-fighting visit, we arrived by chance at cristina. We enjoyed a plate of charcuterie and cheese from the region. cristina is a real character! and the pancetta is tasty. an address that changes the ordinary! and the host is happy to speak French to you
Delicious bacon! rustic and solar environment. discovered by chance, but they were quite satisfied! next time I'm sore, I won't miss to come back!
