English Inn - SORRENTO

We had a great lunch there after we arrived in Sorrent. I asked the host if they have any GF options and he immediately had a lunch of options, so there was comfort on the knowledge. We had a caprese “salad” to begin and they brought me my own heated GF bunk. It looked kind of sad, but it was really delicious. I had the gnocchi alla Sorrentina that was great. I swallowed the whole plate. And then to dessert a cake caprese (which I made at home) gluten-free cake traditionally with almond flour. My non-GF man had buffalo meat lasagna and loved it. Excellent choice of beers, well-packed foods and served with garb and sympathy. an unmissable reference.

We visited a few times to watch football and rugby while on holiday. Not an English pub but an Italian run sports bar. We didn’t eat here but friendly and entertaining service every time we visited. Thank you Claudio, Fabio, Danny and team for the warm welcome and great laughs. Please just fix the locks on the female toilets!

My wife and I went for some lunch whilst on holiday,both meals were very poor lasagna was not hot meat resembled mush refused to pay for meal.

Friendly , down to earth pub . Reasonably priced food drink, no sneaky service charge lovely, tasty food.
