Fuoro 51 Restaurant Wine Bar - SORRENTO

They told me they were able to make any pasta gluten free. My pasta was cooked well and tasted great. About an hour after dinner I started having symptoms. Unsure if it was contamination or what since we were seated outside.

Great little restaurant that’s easy to miss. Really friendly staff, great service (surprised by a previous comment) and wonderful food. There is a small menu (full stop) but they were very flexible on GF and a number of the entrees were GF anyway. Up there with my favourite meals of the week.

Stopped here on a very wet and dismal October night as we could see they had seats. Everywhere was packed because of the rain. No mention of gf on the menu but I asked and the waiter immediately summonsed a chef who said yes no problem I have 3 antipasti and 3 mains you can choose from. I had calamari to start not battered but beautifully cooked with limoncello sorbet and linguini fruit de mare. Both fabulous. And no ill effects afterwards.

Excellent service. very interesting about the weeping and recommended good pairing with the curses we had. reasonable prices. we enjoyed most of the dishes.
