Mcdonald's - Sorrento

This establishment was clean, friendly, and professional. The manager I encountered in the morning was hardworking and displayed excellent leadership. I wish I could remember their name, as I would love to commend them personally! Well done!

The food was absolutely terrible. The bread was stale, the fries were cold, and the drinks were flat. To top it off, the ice cream machine was out of order. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.
