Their fried sardines was fantastic, very fresh and meaty fish. The pasta that I chose was vongole, also very nice. 5e for the house wine with great amount plus the best view next to the beach

The restaurant is set in such an idillic setting with so much foot traffic, you’d expect over inflated prices, mediocre food and poor service like in many tourist destinations. How wrong was I??? Food was 5 stars Ambiance and service 5+ stars and pleasantly surprised when I got the cheque. Now, One of my favourite restaurants to dine in Italy for sure, can’t wait to come again. Well done!!!

Based on the reviews, I think we're in the minority, but our meal here was our least favorite all trip. My husband and I both left feeling pretty disappointed in the meal. The location is great right on the main pathway of Marina Grande. We were able to get a table for 2 without a wait, which was great. Service wasn't great, but they were packed and you could tell the servers were hustling, so you can't knock them there. We ordered the spaghetti with clams and the fresh fish and found them both to be pretty bland and un/under seasoned. You could tell the fish was fresh, but it didn't really taste like anything. You pay a bit more because of the location. It ended up being the priciest meal we had, while also being our least favorite. I think there are much better options in Sorrento for a great, memorable meal.

Emilia is a charming restaurant located right on the water in Sorrento. While seated, you have all the ambiance of sitting along the shore, and the charm of looking up at the city. Our dinner here was our first dinner in Sorrento and it definitely set the time for a relaxing few days on the coast. We started with a seafood variety appetizer that was fresh and delicious. It featured calamari, salmon, sardines, clams, and more. I followed it up with the pasta with clams, and was not disappointed! The pasta was delicious and had a light but flavorful sauce. Service was prompt and kind, and we had a great night here. I would definitely go back!

Good restaurant but a long wait to sit overlooking the water. So much seating but there will be a super long line to sit there. We wait about 20 minutes but by the time we sat down there was a line of around 20 people waiting when there was other seating available with no view. The food was good! Fish was good with the lemon but as always tough to pick around all the bones. Caprese was fresh and the homemade pasta was amazing! Not sure if I would come back solely for the food but it is a good view if you are willing to wait.
