Feedback gevenWe started with a bruschetta as an amuse-bouche, followed by a pumpkin and turmeric soup with a spicy breadstick. Next was a salad featuring local golden apples, cucumber, and pumpkin. Then came a risotto accompanied by a plantain salsa. The main course was an incredible green banana flatbread served with a sweet broth that included okra and carrots. For dessert, we were treated to caramelized bananas served in a carved coconut—simply amazing! Orlando himself guided us through the tasting experience, sharing insights about each dish. The ambiance was beautiful, with a cozy balcony setting that accommodates around just 10 guests in the evening. Overall, it was enchanting!

This was accompanied by a risotto topped with plantain salsa, and the main course was a unique green banana "craft cake" made with a flavorful vegetable broth filled with tender okra, carrots, and potatoes. For dessert, we were treated to caramelized bananas served in a carved coconut. It was simply amazing! Orlando himself shared stories with us throughout the evening and even guided us through a rum tasting. The artwork and ambiance were stunning as well, with only about 10 guests seated on the balcony.
