Howie's Hideout - Sour Lake

Went there for a gumbo cook-off and enjoyed myself. Nothing fancy, just a small town icehouse style bar with a surprisingly large selection of beer and wine. Friendly staff and affordable drinks.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Best little beer joint around! The food trucks are always great! The employees are all friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend stopping by!

My first time visiting Howie's Hideout. The Circuit Breakers played tonight. Great atmosphere, cold beer, and friendly waitstaff. They had a food truck as well. I will visit again.

Great place to go great people. Even if you are new they make you feel welcome.
