Feedback gevenMy experience at the restaurant was terrible. There was only one staff member handling the drive-thru, taking payments, and preparing coffee and food. I think that the McDonald's in Albury is understaffed and the employee is overworked. It is concerning and unsafe to see a young person working long hours like this, especially at 1am. This was not a good experience and McDonald's Albury should be ashamed of how they are treating their employees.
This breakfast was the worst I have ever had. The egg bacon muffin was extremely dry and hard, it couldn't even bend. The egg seemed rubbery and old, and the hash brown was oily and cold. The only decent thing was the orange juice. It's not worth the high price if they can't deliver on their promise of freshly cooked food.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and always apologetic, but I have only had one satisfactory visit in the past 2 years. The other visits have been disappointing. I waited 10 minutes for a McMuffin and then another 10 minutes for a coffee, only to be served an iced coffee that I did not order. This has been a recurring issue for a couple of years now. It seems like someone needs to take a closer look at how the restaurant is being run.
Poor service!! Waiting 15min for to fries staff running around in circles people waiting ages for orders not happy Been employee 15 years ago I would of lost my job given the poor service today!!
My $15 salad had only lettuce and chicken and not much of either definitely did not look like picture advertised box it came in also old still had maccas monopoly!
