I am not sure whether I owe opentable or marries for this insight but, I felt like among the circumstances to promote good will, the waitress would have made an accommodation for us, on the chance that the person who is Mayor is responsible for their internet advertising, made a mistake and not get the restaurant from opentable. what will prevent me from ever going there again was the fact that she was so rude, so unaccommodating, and did not seem to care that she turned us away. then I went on with my wife and daughter to have one of the best dinners we ever had at the foothills in seabright. I encourage them to do the same.
Disappointing evening. I try to understand, but too many things were missed tonight: we sat before dinner at the bar and after a cocktail they ran out of the vodka we had ordered, and then they ran out of the verifiable for manhattans. once sat at the table, we were told that they ran out of bread. we ordered appetizers, but they ran out of the oktopus and then they informed us that they were out of the black bells. it started to be an almost funny trend. the appetizers that they had, apple and gorgonzola salat, French wobble soup, calamari, thunfischtare were all beautifully presented and delicious. However, three separate occasions came server on table and delivered food/drinks that we had not ordered. in addition, we had three separate waiters coming on our table and either ordering or asking; we could not identify who our primary server was. stacey, who informed us that she was in training and would help with it, was the saving gnade. she was personal, attentive and friendly. All-in-all it was just a bizarre culinary experience in a 1/2 empty restaurant on Saturday night. if their insecurity over the attire, it seems everything goes- I was corporate business casual, but there were men in baseball has work boots while another in a football uniform and flip-flops! quite strange for a restaurant with bed linen
Really?! I never got my guts. a service catastrophe from beginning to end. waited an eternity to ever see, wait to begin workman. Finally, the hostess saw us sitting there with menu, but no water or drinks and commissioned a waitress to accompany us. appetizers and drinks went in order. although the waitress has no knowledge of the wee menu. we ordered the rock steak. a hanger steak came with a butter knife to cut the steak. the shrimp straw should be served over pasta. it was served next to kartoffels. I ordered the escapes. it never came. we only saw our waitress once we ordered our food. she never came back. Nobody checked us. I wanted to be a guest. I'm sorry. I don't know that went to the old guy who appeared as management. Let me look. my family ended their wrong command and I got a scary and my escape in a tuperware. just don't go here. even the food that appeared was only moderately good. my apology was, sometimes this happens in food service btw, they must pay for good reviews. an evaluation says they need a Michelin star?! I was in many restaurants. this place had a reasonable cook, and the rest is mixed
If I couldn't give this restaurant stars, that would be my review. my man and I went there to celebrate my birthday. we are there before 18 clock. the restaurant was not busy, 3 more tables next to ours. the waiter came by to advise that we are from crispy artichoke hearts and asked if we wanted something from the bar. he said we wait for dinner and put our appetizer order, jumbo crawling cocktail and snuggle in a white sauce. the appetizers lasted at least 20 30 minutes. they were good, but nothing special about them. when the waitress came to clear our table, she spilled the clam sauce on the table. the host came by and asked if we wanted them to take care of the spill. we said she would change that tablecloth. No, she put a black serviette over it. we waited for our main course. 30 40 minutes later we were told our main course will be right out. ten minutes later our waiter said that several dishes were dropped in the kitchen and he wants to make sure they were not ours. what they ordered was his question. told him scallops oreganata and rack of lamb. he left our table. he came back and said, “Now, that was your order on the floor, okay, we will come back” and run away. are you doing sweat? no excuse. we wait 20 30 minutes and the food was not yet ready. other tables that came in an hour later when we got to eat there. the host asked how the dinner was and I told her what happened. I was as disgusting as we were treated, I didn't want to wait any longer. asked the shook, they thought they would compensate us for the apps, but that did not happen. paid $40 for appetizers and left. would not return there and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. this restaurant is a nightmare and does not know how to treat its customers.
