The Kebab House - South Ayrshire

This restaurant deserves zero stars. The service was atrocious. I only ordered a simple chicken kebab, but after waiting 15 minutes, I still hadn't received it. Several other customers received their food before me. I eventually left without my order because I didn't want to bother asking for it again. I will not return to this restaurant and recommend avoiding it at all costs.

I ordered a cheese and garlic naan and a lamb tikka masala, which costed me £23. When I called to complain, the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me and my husband three times before finally ignoring our calls altogether. We couldn't even eat the food we received, and the woman refused to address our concerns. Avoid this place at all costs. It was a vile experience.

My wife and I ordered a meal which arrived burnt and inedible. We paid £23 for a lamb tikka that was fatty and not worth the price. When we called to complain, the woman hung up on us and refused to answer the phone. Upon checking the prices on Just Eat, we discovered that the total should have been £16, not £23. This restaurant is money-grabbing, selfish, disgusting, rotten, and vile. We recommend avoiding it at all costs.

This is the second time I have received a Donner Pizza with only 3 bits of Donner meat ! If I wanted a cheese only Pizza I would have asked for it !! I won't be back !!!!!!

The chicken nuggets were very tasty. I don't know how healthy.
