Denny's

So after going to the one in hacienda heights and waited over 30 minutes to for sitting, still decide to give Denny's chance to a big surprise this place was closed not sure if is out of business or just decide to closed for the day

The service is really bad. Even when it's close to empty, they take a long time to come take your order and then so much longer to get your food. I only went back because it's near my home. But I wouldn't go back again.

My server Poncho was outstanding, he has excellent customer service. He recomended me the blue berry pancakes, which i enjoyed

Waitress was too busy talking to the managers when she finally took our order she was alright but then she gave me the chocolate pancake puppies when I asked for the strawberry which comes with icing, when I let her know this she said oh that 's all we have so I asked for it to be taken off our bill, she snatched the plate from our table and stormed off without saying a word then didnt return at all. The manager came by and asked how the food was and we said okay, paid and left. Customer service is key to being a waitress how hard is it to be kind ?? Would have been so easy to say sorry we dont have the strawberry would you like to try the chocolate? Or I 'm sorry about that I 'll take these back mind you there were 3 tables seated in the whole place

We showed up on 6/23 evening 10pm. There was 1 guy handling check in, kitchen and serving. Absolutely amazing service. Friendliness, attentiveness and food was great. I would return to this Denny's without hesitation.
