Potbelly - South Barrington

Had an online pick up order for 3 sandwiches and let me tell you they were so dry very upset. It was like eating unflavored sandpaper I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

Quite a good place for fast food! I took a sandwich and soup, the soup is super tasty! Prices are affordable

Potbelly sandwiches are pretty decent for fast food. Had never been to this location. Young man that waited on us was very nice and polite.However, the place was filthy. We noticed when standing by the register that there was dust and food crumbs all over that area. Then when we were looking for a table, literally every one of them was filthy. Food crumbs on every table and even all over the chairs. Food crumbs and lettuce all over the floor. It was 2:00 pm and there was only a few people eating and hardly anyone trickling in, so the workers had plenty of time to clean the tables (but obviously didn't). We had to get a bunch of napkins and wipe off a table for ourselves. When we were eating, not one other customer came in and all but one of the employees disappeared into the back and never came back out. Why weren't they cleaning the tables, chairs and floors?!

The establishment is so cold; very uncomfortable to dine in and enjoy the food. Temperature regulation is a must.Vegetarian options: Veggie Melt, all time favorite!
