The workers at this particular location, were very friendly, smiled, and made us feel welcome!The employees seemed happy; and visiting made us happy.Kid-friendliness: My children and their friends all love the ice cream cones! My wallet loves the price!

Great customer service! We searched for something open after 10pm, and finally found this! Our order was repeated back to us at the drive through speaker. When we pulled up to the window, she explained that it would take a little bit because there was only one person cooking. It looked like she was the only one up front as well. She had taken the time to mark each of our drinks and make sure we had the right ones. While our food was being prepared, she even took ice cream to the car that was waiting behind us. We didn’t have to wait as long as we expected for our food! And she made sure we had all of our order before we pulled away from the window!! This is what customer service should look like!!

Got food poisoning. Ordered impossible whopper and mozzarella sticks. Both were slightly cold. Steer clear.

I placed an online order at this restaurant, but had a mixed up communication with the woman taking the order. I forgot to specify that I wanted a Whopper Junior, and she became upset with me and gave me attitude. I was taken aback by her reaction and decided to leave because I didn't want someone like that preparing my food. I was particularly surprised by the elderly woman with blue yarn braids who was working there - I'm not sure how she was hired. These negative reviews are accurate - the employees at this place lack basic courtesy and professionalism, which is why I would rate this restaurant a zero stars.

I waited in line for 15 minutes only to have my order taken by another car that had just pulled up. It's not rocket science, get it together. As for the food, I would rate it 2 out of 5.
