Mcdonald's - South Bend

Wrost-Food je pommes was at least 2 hours old, burgers were like sloppy joes just creepy. I don't think noone wanted to be there. wrost experience at this location I would have traveled somewhere else smh why yall do mc donald’s so

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Awful service. I've been four times since I moved here three months ago and each time the order is wrong, cold, burnt, and portly put together.

I ordered two McDoubles with no salt and extra onions but I got two McDoubles that were previously cooked but presented as what I had requested I didn't realize this till I had got home and just said forget it I could taste the salt and I wasn't very happy

This used to be a great location. A few days ago I went in to get a giftcard fir Father's day. When I was inside, possible the manager, asked what I needed. She then said I had to go through the drive through to order it..? When I went through the drive through the patron in front of me canceled her order when they said the ice cream machine was broken, go figure, and they didn't know how to make iced coffee...

Accidentally l left the drive-thru without visually confirming the presence of the kids hashbrowns! So l called the store, Sharanda and the crew took care of it and l was able to pick them up later in the day. I was even able to go inside and deal with real nice people which l prefer.
