Customer service is great The food quality is tasty and well prepared.

I've been here SOOOO many types and what I've noticed is the quality is inconsistent and they are upping their prices for lower quality. I purchased several tacos last night and they were overcooked. They also will charge you for adding more than 1 salsa to your tacos, like ?!?! I've been a loyal customer giving them business for several years now and I will say, I will not be back or recommending them any longer.

Today was the first time ever I was so disappointed! My portion sizes were so minimal I had to find something else to eat at home. I got a veggie bowl, with not a full scoop of anything. I'm NOT a vegetarian but I just didn't want any meat, I had a kid sized bowl, maybe I should've ordered meat! I got so little queso I couldn't even taste it. Just disappointing and I've been dying to get my favorite bowl

I got a Burrito bowl and it tasted like there is no seasoning. They should start using more seasoning for flavor. It’s so plain for an authentic Mexican place. Also they didn’t give me a lot of toppings. I got a lot of rice and beans and little toppings and whoever made the Rice it was so watery and no flavor other than that I had no complaints just how watery and mushy my rice was, and no seasoning and low proportions

My kids love their cheeto burrito.......and the one they had last night looked so good that I will be stopping there on my lunch break today. Burrito so big I can eat it for lunch and dinner. Who am I kidding, I'm going to smash it all at lunch and wished I saved some for dinner.
