I asked them if they sang for birthdays and they said yes I asked them to sing for my daughter and they said they would but never did.

I don't understand why this location always seems to have issues with the Open Table program. They make excuses like their iPad is out of battery, they don't use the program anymore, their internet is down, or they don't know how to check you in. It's frustrating because all the other locations seem to have no problem with it. It's a consistent issue every time. Where is the manager? Additionally, the restaurant really needs a remodel or at least a good cleaning. Everything looks old and in need of repair, especially the restrooms. The housekeeping is very poor.

I wouldn't return to this restaurant and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to others. The food was terrible and when we complained to our server and asked to speak to the manager, he never showed up. We asked again and still didn't receive any response, as we could see him hiding around the corner by the kitchen. The service was poor and the restrooms were dirty. It's a wonder how this place manages to stay in business. It's dark, dingy, and in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. Additionally, they refuse to accept Open Table reservations and continuously complain to their corporate office about being listed on Open Table. It's a strange place.

The dishes on the menu were served as they were described. The location is suitable for medium to large groups.
