Volcano - South Bend

I visited this restaurant twice during my two-day stay in the city because it was so good. The atmosphere was great, and it's easy to see why they have been in business since the 1950s.

I ordered the beef sandwich with cheese and loved the soft bread with a crunchy exterior. The sandwich was tasty and came with a delicious dipping sauce. It was a bit salty, but that's expected with the sauce. Despite not being a local, I would definitely return to try more items from their extensive menu. The service was excellent and the restaurant had a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

They eat is excellent, but they close early in the week and another they give them eat away and they do not serve them cute or serviettes.

I have been coming to this restaurant with my dad for 37 years. Everything on the menu is fantastic and the food is excellent. The family who runs the place is welcoming and I have many fond memories here.

Loved it!! I was actually walking to get some Domino's Pizza while I'm stuck at the Airport Here in South Bend. I am glad I did. I ordered the Italian style Philly cheese steak. I Highly Highly recommend it. There's is by far the best I have had in the Nation.
