Pizza is delicious, but their customer service is atrocious! I needed to call to ask for no cheese on a pizza due to a dairy allergy, so I called to make the adjustment-as I was unable to add a note on doordash. I called the restaurant 18 (EIGHTEEN) times, to no avail. I also called a different location for assistance, and still could not reach anyone. Due to the terrible service, I will not be reordering from this specific location.

This pizza is a floppy mess. The sauce is too sweet, the crust is closer to pita bread than pizza crust and the cheese is inferior. The only redeeming aspect was the woman working there who was very pleasant and efficient.

We love Otto! Their dough is crispy and not too thick. Love the toppings offered. Friendly staff. Can grab pizza by the slice or the whole thing. Salads are always fresh. This is our go-to pizza place for delivery.

Purchased pizza by the slice to go and someone actually packaged my pizza with a bite in it. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because I was able to get a refund. The pizza did not look very appetizing to be honest.

This place is amazing! They always deliver high quality service, kindness, and satisfaction. Highly recommend. Barely review, but I promise at any hour this place doesn?t disappoint.
