Feedback gevenHonestly idk why I never hear more about they're wings, I mean no it might not be more than bdubs on buy 1 get one free night, but the quantity is reasonable and the kicker is the quality is 200 times better in my opinion. Also loved the online wait-list. Being a person that doesn't necessarily like calling businesses in general, the fact that it shows a wait time on they're wait list online was extraordinary for me. I also feel bad , lol because I wish I could remember our waiter's name because he was probably one of the best I've had if not the best waiter. The man needs a raise for sure.
My kids and I just stood at the front hostess stand for over 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement from any of the staff walking by. There were barely any diners at the tables and now I know why. If nobody can take the trouble to come seat us, the service must be pretty horrible. We left and went next door to Chuy's.
I frequent BJs in many locations. It's a favorite chain. This particular location gets a 10/10 on all fronts. The staff was super nice, and everyone (including management) did rounds often. By far the best service I have received anywhere as of late.
I liked the meat and vegetables. The dessert was delicious.
I had a very uncomfortable experience with Tiera. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Despite my politeness and being a regular customer, she was unpleasant. Unlike the other staff, who are always pleasant, Tiera expressed that she didn't want to be in her job, using crude language. When I tried to offer some encouragement, she ignored me, made no eye contact, and walked away. I spoke to the manager, who said they would talk to her. This was concerning because Tiera represents BJ’s and her behavior affects customer experience. I hope the manager addresses the issue appropriately, considering Tiera's conduct towards customers.
