Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Brazos

Avoid this location at all cost! As several others commented, I had a very similar experience.All of the tables are dirty, and the trash is piled so high I’m amazed it hasn’t fallen over and onto the floor.This is the third visit in a row they are out of everything but barbacoa and some steak. The girl behind the counter said it would be at least 30 minutes for anything else, and they only had enough meat to fill online orders. I left frustrated, hungry, and regretting giving them another try.I recommend choosing another nearby restaurant before considering choosing this location.

My experience at Chipotle this afternoon was very mediocre along with my experience there last week. I’ve been to other Chipotles and never had such poor service until this location. The boy filling my bowl gave my the bottom of the rice and should have got some new to add to my bowl and literally sprinkled lettuce on my bowl. I understand they can’t give massive portions for each topping but i’m afraid to ask for more when they will charge me for double of everything. Y’all need to work on keeping the place more clean and giving better portions for what we’re paying for.

I love the Chipotlane. I can place my order, pick it up, and be back at work in 10 minutes!My only criticism is that they don’t drain the beans, and who wants a soggy Burrito? Yuk! Not me. If you go inside, you can ask them to drain the beans, but all you can ask online is to put them separate.The super large burritos are tasty, yum, but don't overlook the bowls. They are very good without the extra carbs.

Me and my boyfriend come here on the regular and it’s always a mess and seems like they never take out their trash or even take the time to clean off the tables, which doesn’t make sense to me because they more than effort employees to do so. When we come they are always out of something, today was the worst they had a sign that they were out of shredded cheese, but while I was ordering they were out of chicken (told me they were out of chicken for the rest of the night) and then corn, but had cheese….After sitting down and eating I noticed the guy at the line got chicken and I was in shock because I was willing to wait for the chicken but oh well. Food is always good and filling, but that’s not the problem here it’s the customer service and them not having enough food!!!

Unbelievable. Horrible service, disgusting conditions in this place, the workers were rude. $60 to eat here with my family, my wife had to chew out the manager to get some service. If I could leave a 1/2 star I would. This place is literally the WORST! Stay AWAY!
