Potato Shack - South Brazos

It took them two and a half hours to deliver. I called, and they hadn't even prepared it yet. It just gets worse every time I order from them. It's good food, but their service is just horrible.

Good food in a very small environment. No fuss or frills the inside is very run down but it's good for a good quick bite. Potatoes have many options and they are stuffed with meat!

It takes them over 30 minutes many times to have the order ready and they almost always mess it up one way or another.

I love the food here, but the service can be hit or miss. There's also no way to know how long your order will take to make. Sometimes they come out really quickly, and sometimes you have to wait a while. I've noticed the same trends across all Potato Shack locations.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I always order the Italian Parmesan with fried chicken and it's AMAZING!!! I've always had great customer service with them as well.
