The Republic Steakhouse - South Brazos

While the food and server were amazing, the food was SO slow in coming out. Our dining experience took 2 hours. Don't try to eat here if you want out in 1 hour or less. Our 2 hour experience was very pleasant, but I wish it had been our choice to stay that long.

Food was great, service not so much. They brought out our steaks and said the sides would be out shortly. 10min later, they never arrived. We could not find our waitress and had to flag down someone else to get our sides. The sides and steak were cold by the time we received our sides.

Everything went very well. Very nice server. Food was alright and drinks were great. Would come back for drinks but and maybe try some other things on the menu. No Tiramisu here, tsk.

You can taste the difference with wood fired steaks. Delicious Parking: Free valet parking is a plus!

Phenomenal food, drink and service!! Tyler was an outstanding waiter...one of the very best. We enjoyed steaks, 3 apps, salad and dessert along with excellent drinks. We live in Indiana or else we'd be repeat diners at your fine establishment.
