I love pancakes. I remember the first time I came here, had confetti pancakes. Like a birthday party in my mouth

I visited the restaurant today, and although it was quite busy, everything was okay. I haven't been there in years, and now I understand why. The food was good, but not exceptional. I feel like the place is declining, and the prices are steep for something that isn't particularly special.

The pancakes here are incredible! They're the thin style that I adore. I usually don't order pancakes when I eat out for breakfast, but I've definitely found my new favorite place. It's been years since I've had pancakes this good! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I stopped by for takeout breakfast, which is usually a risky choice, and ordered a couple of sandwiches. The food was ready fairly quickly, but it lacked flavor, and we were missing several important items from our order. While the eggs were cooked nicely and the toast was excellent, it didn't quite meet our expectations overall.

This restaurant has been a fantastic addition to Southbury. We really needed a more diverse breakfast scene. I visit here every other week with my fiancé for a nice sit-down breakfast, and each time has been exceptional. The pancakes are hot and fluffy, the eggs are cooked perfectly to over-medium, and the service is consistently outstanding. It’s the highlight of my bi-weekly Sunday routine!
