Feedback gevenI went to this restaurant with a friend for brunch today. They have switched to self-service and the menu is accessed by phone at the tables. I couldn't get my phone to work, so I asked for a menu, but none was available. The staff simply pointed to the choices on the board and then walked away. I ordered French toast, eggs Benedict, a cappuccino, and a mocha. The French toast was disappointing, just a couple of slices of toast with some mashed berries and honey. The eggs Benedict were soggy and overly salty. The coffees were okay. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, so I won't be coming back.
The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. Most of the staff are not very friendly, although they are not completely unhelpful. The floors and some of the empty tables were dirty. I will not be returning, as I am disappointed. It used to be a wonderful place to dine.

Rude staff, **** food (all cold), dirty tables, unpleasant entitled owner, tasteless cake, would be better if this place just closed down.
