Pizza Express - South Bucks

Service was good, food was good however the manager on shift (I’m guessing because he was useless) looked at the door where people were stood and walked away. Went upstairs ate food and left two waiters on the floor to serve by themselves. This isn’t a manager. This is someone who is getting a pay check to be lazy

Nice pizza, good service, like the app. Good dairy free options. Enjoyed the Bianca pasta and Bosco salad. Maybe make the dough balls warmer

I am disgusted, disappointed and horrified by the lack of skills the staff members display. I have visited Pizza express more than three times to dine in and eat. I have been rejected each of those times (while I can clearly see other customers dining in) I have asked why, and I am told by 9pm they don’t dine customers in, so I came today at 8:30 instead and no surprise..I was told now they have changed dining in timings to 8:30? Anyway if that’s the case then why is the customer service it self so appalling? The staff members aren’t welcoming, they aren’t apologetic or resort to a solution they’re beyond rude and arrogant. I have read countless 1 star reviews about this Pizza express and it seriously needs to be looked into. Your staff need training.

Service was very good, We been waiting for our food for long time . The room upstairs needs some uplifting is very detailed. Pizza very good
