The Skinny Pancake Btv Airport

It's an airport eatery. It was dirty, the folks working there were nice. The food was the worst. My chicken wrap was in a creap. So gross.

Underrated on here for sure, this was killer food for an airport. Buff chicken wrap was unique, tasty, and even a bit healthy (nice to have real mixed greens instead of romaine). Came out quick and there was good seating too.

My favorite treat before getting on an airplane at BTV is a hot coffee and a strawberry/nutella gluten free crepe. The service is awesome. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available

The food was decent. I had the chicken ranch. The crepes in the middle were a little doughy. My wife had the veggie monster. Same, doughy center. A little heavy on the pesto. She ended up eating the insides getting some honey to dip the outside crispies into. The servers were ready to help and we were there first thing in the morning so they were fully stocked. They charge a “back of house” fee and want a tip. The food is already expensive, I felt like getting hit up by pan handlers who just washed my windshield because I happen to be going through their intersection.

My name was never called, yet someone else apparently had taken my order. Ultimately not the staff’s fault, and they did refund me, but 20 minutes to turn out fries with gravy is also not inspiring when turnaround is important when people are needing to make flights. I was not able to actually get any food as a result.
