The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. I especially recommend the Firehouse Meatball Small, which was a highlight of the meal. The service could use a little improvement, as it only rated a 3, but it was still acceptable. The atmosphere was average, also rating a 3. Overall, it's a decent place for a quick bite without breaking the bank.

It was my first visit here, the subs were great with a lot in them. The restaurant was very clean, we really liked it. As a firefighter, I like the design anyway, will definitely come back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I love these subs and I make sure to come to this location because I 've always been extra satisfied. Not today. Walked in and 0 from 3 employees looked at me and was not greeted at all. Shortly after, a Caucasian male walks in and was directly greeted and taken care of...but that 's a whole different story. After waiting 10 minutes, still with not so much as eye contact, still wasn 't told to wait, not even a "thanks for your patience we 'll be right with you. Nothing. Very disappointed as this is one of my go to spots for subs. Smh.
