Feedback gevenTerrible experience at this restaurant. You have to duck under an open window to place your order, they only accept cash, and there are warning signs everywhere about sharp glass. The food was overcooked and bland, the chicken fried rice was dark brown and hardly had any chicken in it. The food was presented in just 10 minutes, making it unlikely that it was cooked fresh. The chips seemed like they were reheated multiple times, and the curry sauce was hot but lacked flavor. The prices for the three simple dishes were expensive. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
We ordered takeout on New Year's Day and were pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery, which was 30 minutes faster than the estimated time. The food arrived hot and delicious. Each dish had tasty ingredients, was well-cooked, and the meat was tender. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of the food. Thank you for a great meal!
I haven't been to this restaurant in years, and now it only offers takeout through an open window. Payment is cash only. The food we ordered was very disappointing - the special curry was nothing special and some of the meat was too tough to chew. The Singapore chow mein was just okay, but the best part of the meal was the egg fried rice. Unfortunately, most of the food ended up in the trash.
Went online they told me that due covid they were running a contactless service and would accept card payments over the phone. When I placed my order they insisted on cash very contactless) and did not accept phone payments. Very unprofessional.
We love the food at the Mandarin but have yet to receive our food on time. When you place your order the estimated delivery time is usually over an hour but then that is always delayed so you end up waiting typically 1.5hrs!
