Pizza Express Shad Thames

Love pizza express! Have been going for years up and down the county. Visited this particular restaurant this evening with my little boy and never have we been made to feel so welcome. The food was amazing, the cleanliness of the restaurant was great the location is stunning. But most of all the customer service was outstanding. I never leave reviews but on this occasion I’m posting only an hour after leaving the restaurant because we are just that happy with the service we received. We will be back and we will be telling others just how great this restaurant is. We had a fantastic evening and it was all because of the staff so thank you.

Excellent 6th birthday pizza party, staff were friendly and engaged with the children. The chef was really good at showing the kids how to make their pizzas. Value for money too. Some kids were late arriving and was able to take our time to finish up the party.

Nice pizza express with friendly staff. Couldn't get any deals in this one though so full price paid, a little expensive for a pizza. (If we had pre planned we would have got a far cheaper takeaway deal on the app and have taken it back to the hotel).

Located on the 2nd row from Tower Bridge. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food we ordered was tasty and fresh.

Hosted a 6th Birthday party pizza making). 28th May 2022 From booking to the actual party was fantastic, a big thank you to all the team who made the day extremely special and fun. The staff were very attentive and interactive with children and adults, we had a really good laugh as did the kids with flying dough in the restaurant which we did not manage to catch. The party set up and activities set up on the table was amazing. The toppings for the pizza were generous and plenty, children enjoyed the demonstration and actual pizza making. The party package is well worth it and I would highly recommend that people book this style of party and restaurant. A big thank you to pizza Express team at Shad Thames you are amazing!!!
