Hayashi Japanese - SOUTH EASTON

I have come here for a few years now and it is one of my favorite spots. This family knows how to treat you like family. I came in for healing bowl of soup and some awesome sushi and I got exactly what I came for. I cannot recommend this place anymore highly. Please be patient it's a family business and when you're with family you never Rush the chef.. Please support this business as I will continue to do so.

Very efficient. Helpful courteous staff. Fresh sushi. None of that fake mayo chopped fish paste. Real pieces of fish. Delicious.

The food and service was amazing. All that was missing is drinks haha but otherwise the food came out super quick, the fish was fresh. We got the shrimp shumai seaweed salad, and three rolls and it came out to only like $45. I recommend the shrimp shumai!

This place is a hidden Gem and one worth coming to! The Service and atmosphere are very good, if the service was a little more attentive and if the music was more authentic to the Japanese style (they had Pop music playing) with all the beautiful art I would have given it 5 Stars. That being said, it's all about the excellent food for me! If you want an awesome sushi/miso soup/Pad Thai/Saki/etc... Experience, this is the place. Been here many times and have yet been disappointed with the food. I would recommend this place.

It was absolutely wonderful. The owner was delightful. She helped us put together a lovely lunch experience. Will be back frequently
