I had the misfortune of visiting the men 's bathroom at the same time as a server. He finished his ablutions and walked straight out the door to continue serving customers. No washing of hands, despite the sign compelling employees to do so. Seems utterly disrespectful and unprofessional IMO. Fortunately he was not our server, or we would have walked out right there. Also our server was tardy. He did not bother to clear empty plates, even when bringing our desserts. He just held the dessert plates for us to take and find a space on the table. I had to ask him to remove some plates so that we had place to put our desserts. Is the 'leadership ' at this specific venue aware that the employees do not seem to have respect for customers or take any pride in their work. We will definitely NOT be visiting this location again.

I am so disappointed to have to write a negative review about Buffalo wild wings. I’m praying that it’s just this location in South Elgin. The food was awful. The service was even worse. The manager did nothing other than make excuses for the horrible food and service. I would not recommend going to this location! The response floors me! I’m not wasting another minute. I paid 130.00 for poor service. You just need to figure it out! Service: Dine in

This place ensures that you are worth your money!(even if they have made my order a great time). Manager was very professional and efficient.
