Domino's Pizza - South Elgin

The service at this restaurant is consistently slow. If you place a carryout order, be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes or longer on weekends. I sympathize with the staff, as it appears they are very understaffed at this location. It looks like this branch of Domino's may not be sustainable.

I'm quite disappointed. I ordered a pizza through the app on Friday evening, which said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. However, it took an hour for my pizza to arrive. When I spoke to an employee, they mentioned that they were experiencing delays.

I didn't receive what I ordered, and to make matters worse, I even paid for dipping sauces that I didn't get. I stopped by after work because it's conveniently close, even though I live 45 minutes away. I was really disappointed when I got home. Does no one value their work ethic? It seems like nobody cares about providing at least decent customer service.

Hey so, usually don't got a problem but couple of criticisms. 1, please cut the pizza as per every other time I have been here. 2, if the ticket says hot buffalo sauce on half the pizza, maybe you should put it on the pizza instead of none at all. Thank you and I hope I can come back in the future.

Although I had to wait long for my order ; but Hats off to freeman , the manager of the store ; guy who was passionate towards work , was doing multiple works at same time as there was a high number of orders that they were facing. There was a shortage of employees , but I would say that whoever was working there ; was giving best efforts as they can. They were all hardworking and tried their best to full-fill customer demands. As a customer we should understand their situations. Hats off to all of employees. Especially freeman, you have my respect !
