Feedback gevenI was redeeming stars today. The girl at the drive thru was clearly having a bad day as she felt the need to lecture me about waiting 5 minutes before picking up my pre-ordered drink. She then proceeded to hand it to me 30 seconds later.I don’t get ice in my drinks because fast food ice machines are disgusting (worked behind the scenes at enough places to know) therefore I show up when the drink is freshly made. It’s a refresher. Doesn’t take 5 minutes to make when the store is dead.
I visit Starbucks at the super center across from Superstore as frequently as I can since i retired in May. I do this because the staff are so professional and courteous and make me feel very special. Regardless of what I purchase or how incredibly busy they are, they are friendly and helpful and do a fantastic job at meeting the requests of their customers. They don't get the recognition they deserve.
For what you pay for a specialty coffee the cup was only 3/4 full, rather disappointing ?
Was not happy with the drive through service at all. We ended up driving right through and went to the other Starbucks. This is the 2nd time we have had a bad experience here. We went back because everyone can have an off day!We won't be back again!
Today was the first time that my white moka didn’t taste right, got it re-done and same thing…..a fail…
