Eatgud Cafe - South Gate

I was in the mood for some healthy, fresh food, and this restaurant really satisfied my cravings. I tried the Almond Turmeric Drink and the Sourdough Open Face Sandwich with Roasted Pepper Chicken, and they were both delicious. The restaurant is clean, but be careful when driving, as you might easily miss it. Parking is available in the back, where they also offer additional seating. I will definitely make a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area again.

The service was good, but the food was just average, and the wait time is excessive for the prices they charge. I work in the school right next door, and even when I arrive when it's not busy, it still takes a long time for them to prepare our meals. After a long absence, I decided to order online two and a half hours in advance today to make sure I could easily pick up my food during my break and return to work. However, when I arrived, none of my order was ready, and the staff had no idea that an order had been placed.

This place has the potential to be a five-star spot, but I've experienced some inconsistency with the food. For instance, the bread can be either perfectly crunchy or overly soft. The smoothies also vary; sometimes they’re thick and condensed, while other times they come out sweet and just right. I do think the prices are on the higher side, but I do appreciate the healthy options available. I usually order the tuna melt with added avocado and pepperoncini. Unfortunately, the amount of avocado varies a lot – sometimes it's a generous portion and other times it's quite sparse. The same goes for the pepperoncini. I've tried five different smoothies, and while they’ve all been good, none have stood out enough for me to pick a favorite.

An absolute gem! The food is amazing, and the quality of service is top-notch. I will definitely be returning. Places like this are rare and hard to find!

The food is super fresh and delicious. Very brilliant customer service as always when I go in. The mood there is very relaxing and can come across any age group to enjoy the food they serve. Very clean place inside and even has a place to sit in the back to enjoy the sun during the grub. I highly recommend
