El Pollo Loco - South Gate

The food I received which I ordered a double chicken salad did not have extra chicken the chicken was old not fresh I did not receive any dressing I also ordered a small mash potatoes which were completely cold very bad food

It took a while to be acknowledged...I had to let them know TWICE I was there to pick up an online order. I arrived 10 minutes after being placed and it had not been started yet. Customer Service has certainly gone down quite a bit at this location last few years. I understand when a store is busy, but simply acknowledging a customer's presence only takes a second or 2. ????????????

It's decent restaurant..roomy and plenty of parking although it's in a shopping center so on weekends might get busy.staff is friendly.

Bad experience waited a long wait to have tostadas made with just with Lettuce crumbs of chicken no rice or bean

Great customer service ???? the manager cesar has a good attitude and his employees also great service
