Feedback gevenPizza had more sauce than any topping, it was cold when we received it. I also tried their new pizza melt. I ordered a pepperoni lovers melt and only had 3 pepperonis on each half. How is that pepperoni lovers, and it was BURNT. Pizza Hut used to be so good, now it's so disappointing. Ordered 3 items for $24 ended up paying $35 and some change cause of taxes and fees.
My order of wings were completely undercooked. I drove back the store and requested to speak with a manager where a young man acknowledged the complete rawness of the wings. A woman by the name of Jennifer then said they can offer a store credit or make a new batch. I again showed the rawness of the chicken and mentioned my son had already consumed one. I simply wanted my money back. This was not a topping issue or a wrong order. This was serving raw food. Disgusting! She then advised me to speak with the store manager Jessica on her next working day. I am completely frustrated and upset how this was handled!
The 2nd time i make a delivery order and purchase the sauce and i dont get it. They did send someone back within 5-8 min after i called (we're literally 5 min away), to give us our sauce. So if you purchase sauce MAKE sure it's in the bag, if not CALL or you will never get your sauce.
I ordered a pizza and gave them my number and address they told me it would be ready in 35 min and after an hour I called and they said they never made it and tried to gaslight me that I never called. I had the phone number call and minutes I even remembered who I was on the phone with and they said that if I ordered another pizza I'd have to wait 50 minutes :
The worst experience ever I ordered my pizza through the app. I walk in to grab my pizza come to find out they gave my pizza away. Being on lunch time it is very Important and it was really inconvenient. No one really address the problem and no one really very said sorry. I will not order from here again.
