Feedback gevenI had a very disappointing experience at Nandos last night. We waited over an hour for our food, only to find out that the Deliveroo driver had disappeared with our order and marked it as delivered. When I contacted Deliveroo, they said they needed to investigate before processing a refund, which could take up to 72 hours. We had ordered food for 10 people, including children, and it's frustrating that Nandos is associated with a company that mishandles complaints like this. I ordered directly from the Nandos website, so it's disappointing that Nandos didn't take any responsibility for the issues with the delivery.
We had originally planned to dine at one of the popular foodie spots in central Bristol for a birthday celebration, but a large event had closed off the area to traffic. As a result, we ended up choosing this restaurant instead. We were so happy that we did! The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, and the food was delicious. We were really pleased with our experience and will definitely be returning in the future!
Another successful meal. They do student discount which is great. Chicken thighs and two sides. Coke. Extra halloumi. £12.60. Fab!
First time to a Nando's so no other branches to compare against. Place very clean, staff efficient and food came quickly. I liked the touch of ice and water from a dispenser without having to ask for a jug/bottle etc.
I wouldn't normally do a review for a chain restaurant like Nando's, however the restaurant in Filton Abbey Woold in Bristol deserves a review. Nando's is my go to restaurant when I want good quality food with no fuss and the restaurant in Filton Abbey Wood didn't disappoint today, good quality food and friendly staff. Will keep going back!
