This is an amazing place to get some phenomenal seafood right on the Cavelossim beach. Brian, the owner, is an excellent chef. His food has good technique and taste. He learned it all from his mom and dad who ran this shack before he took over. The views are phenomenal too. Brian gets his seafood fresh from Shelton, a local fisherman. The seafood in this shack is as fresh as it gets. Try the rawa fried seabass or the red snapper. The lobster is great too. The fish kadhi is very good, bursting full of coconut and kokum flavors with a robust but not overpowering hint of spice. Bad food. Truly bad. Had dinner there and ultimately had to leave starving because of the quality of the food. Bad food would still be tolerable, but the attitude of the low life waiter was intolerable. Being a popular destination, these people are simply scamming people. Excellent place. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious. I especially want to mention the kind staff of Sheik. I accidentally left my wallet on the table, so they called me and returned everything safe. Once again I want to say thank you to the employees of Sheik.
